This started to be a one star review because the flowers we ordered were not delivered as stated. I called Camarillo Flowers five days after the delivery date and talked to Sara(h)? who assured me she would look into the matter and resend the order. Not much more than an hour later I received a picture of a beautiful bouquet from the recipient who was ecstatic with the flowers. The incredible customer service from this flower and gift shop caused me to change my rating from one star to five. I highly recommend Camarillo Flowers and Gifts.
